In the previous episode, Yash had decided to sign the divorce papers only after conversing with Aarti about it.

Yash, however, changed his decision after his aunt instigated him against Aarti and stated that Aarti had returned the bangles, which Arpita's mother had gifted her on the wedding day. Yash's aunt also lied that Aarti does want to stay along with Yash.

When Yash hesitates to sign the divorce papers, his aunt provokes him. Gayatri and Yash's aunt rejoice when he signs the papers.

It is revealed that Yash's aunt wanted to take revenge on Surajpratap as he did not get her remarried after the death of her husband. Yash's aunt had therefore provoked Yash to divorce Aarti.

Aarti gets shocked when she receives divorce paper from a lawyer on behalf of Yash. The lawyer tells Aarti that nobody had forced Yash to sign the papers. He requests Aarti to sign on the papers. Aarti panics and refuses to divorce Yash.

Satyendra asks the lawyer to leave and assures to handover the papers to him as soon as Aarti signs them.

Pratik tells Yash to change his decision of divorcing Aarti. He tries to prove Aarti's innocence but Yash does not pay heed to him. Yash tells Pratik that Aarti does not want to keep relation with him and so she had returned the bangles.

When Shobha calls up at Scindia Mansion, Paridi receives the call. Shobha expresses her desire to talk to Gayatri but Gayatri refuses.

Palak asks Vidhi to tie her hair in the way similar to which Aarti used to tie.

In order to cheer Ansh's mood, Aarti takes Ansh for a stroll. Ansh continues to miss Yash. At that time, Yash and Palak notice Aarti and Ansh. Yash notices happiness on Aarti's face.  He feels like confronting Aarti for her decision to divorce him.
