In the previous episode, Shobha and Satyendra had locked up Prashant in Aarti's room when Yash had visited them.

Yash was about to approach Aarti's room to take her bag but she stops him. Aarti reasons out that her room was messed up and so she does not want Yash to enter. Meanwhile,  Prashant plans to create problems for Aarti. He gathers the gifts which he had gifted Aarti to show them to Yash.

Yash believes Aarti and decides to leave for some work. Before leaving Yash offers to pick up Aarti on his way home and so asks her to pack her bags soon. Yash is left wondering when Aarti rejects his offer.

After Yash leaves, Prashant calls out to Shobha, Aarti and Satyendra to open the door. When Satyendra opens the door, Prashant questions Aarti why had she preserved the gifts, which he had gifted her. He accuses Aarti of being a selfish woman. He asks his parents not to trust Aarti.

Shobha gets furious at Prashant and tells him not to accuse Aarti. She instead accuses Prashant of being a selfish, who neither cared about his parents nor about Ansh. She reminds Prashant that he never enquired about Satyendra when he had met with an accident. She adds that Aarti had taken care of Satyendra and helped him to recover.

Shobha adds that Prashant had never taken their responsibility but Aarti was always concerned about them. Prashant apologizes to Shobha and pleads her to give him a chance as he wants to start a new life with them. 

Shobha refuses to forgive Prashant. She is confident that Prashant wants to usurp their house and so he wants to reunite with them. She adds that she would transfer the house on Aarti and Ansh's name. Prashant gets furious when Shobha insults him and asks him to leave.

Prashant tries to convince Shobha  not to be concerned about Aarti as she was not her daughter. He threatens to file a case against his parents, if they failed to give him his share.
