Priyanka Chopra Bags People's Choice Award For Quantico
Priyanka Chopra created history by becoming the first South-East Asian actress to win a People’s Choice Award. The 33-year-old actress and former Miss World won the Favorite Actress award for her role as FBI agent Alex Parish in the hit show Quantico. PC held off fierce competition from the likes of Emma Roberts, Jamie Lee Curtis, Lea Michele and Marcia Gay Harden.
Priyanka took to Twitter to thank her fans for voting her to victory, and for creating history with her award. Priyanka looks to be having a fantastic last few months, as the award follows her greatly lauded performance in Bajirao Mastani. The actress also received praise from fellow actresses, notably Airlift star Nimrat Kaur and Matizaade stunner Sunny Leone! Way to go Piggy Chops, and wishing you even more successes in the year ahead.
